These General Terms and Conditions apply to all online language courses of the Leen Language Institute.
Leen Language Institute offers online German courses at various levels (A1–B2). Teaching takes place exclusively online.
Registration for a course takes place via email, WhatsApp, or through the website's contact form. A contract is concluded as soon as the registration is confirmed.
Course fees are agreed upon before the course begins. Payment is made in advance via the agreed payment method.
Participants may withdraw their registration within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, provided that teaching has not yet begun. Payments already made will be refunded.
After the course has begun, ordinary cancellation is generally excluded. In special cases, an individual arrangement can be made.
Leen Language Institute is not liable for technical problems outside of its sphere of influence (e.g. the participant's internet connection).
The law of the Kingdom of Morocco applies. Place of jurisdiction is Salé, Morocco.
